CHERRY BURGUNDY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

 

We want you to be 100% happy with your order!

 

Items purchased from CherryBurgundy.com are eligible to be returned or exchanged under these conditions:

 

RETURNS

 

 

  • Merchandise must be in 100% new condition, not worn, altered nor washed.

 

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.

 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from receiving your order. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we will not accept damaged returns.

 

  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

  • A pre-paid return label is included in your original package to make your return easy. Simply unpeel and place it either over the old shipping label (if original packaging box is re-used) or anywhere on your packaging box. Make sure it is visible.

 

  • Sale merchandize is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Cherry Burgundy reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. In which case any returns will be sent back to sender. The sender will be responsible for shipping charges.

 

  • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 

  • If you received your merchandise as a gift, the refund will be processed back to the purchaser’s original form of payment.

 

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

 

If you wish to exchange your CherryBurgundy.com purchases for a different item or size, please note:

 

  • Merchandise must be in 100% new condition, not worn, altered nor washed.

 

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.

 

  • Please email us at sales@cherryburgundy.com with the following information: your name, your order number and the details of your request. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

 

  • New merchandise will be shipped at NO COST TO YOU!
